This blog is an outlet for my interest in miniatures, crochet, plastic canvas, and many other various arts and crafts.

I also love walking, taking digital photos, and most recently, have rediscovered an old love...bike riding! I purchased an amazing new bike, a comfy Townie by Electra this summer, and have been having a grand time exploring the area as though for the first time. It's like being a kid again!

Explanation for Crafting Hiatus

Hello, crafty friends.

I just wanted to say that I have not given up on crafting.  I'm still really into it, especially, at the moment,  crochet, polymer clay, and miniatures. 

After completing the Pet World kit from the European Miniature Shop cute room collection (circled below),  I knew I'd want to do more.

I ordered the Green's Bar kit (second kit on the bottom) over 2 months ago, and then waited for a month for it to get delivered.  It never came, so I contacted the seller, who checked the tracking number and said it had been lost.  So he is re-sending that one. 

I also ordered the little coffee shop (second from the top in the photo above) weirdly named "Dense Feeling Moment", LOL, from Banggood.com.  I've never ordered from them before; I usually order through ebay, but a girl on Youtube made some videos showing how she put similar mini kits together and she recommended Banggood so I checked them out. I liked their prices so I figured I'd give them a try.

I also want to crochet something for my bike; maybe a bike cover.
